Just a quick note to update you all on my status...
I am 38.5 weeks pregnant and have been walking around 4 cm dilated! At the doctor today she stripped my membranes (that sounds worse than it is!) which will hopefully get the ball rolling. It did make me very crampy and uncomfortable, that's for sure!
The plan is, if I don't naturally start contracting or break my water in the next few days, I am scheduled to see the doctor again on Tuesday, at which point I will go to the hospital where she will break my water which should get labor going.
The way I am feeling, and with my membranes stripped Cory and I are betting it'll happen in the next day or two. Keep your fingers crossed that I get to the hospital in time to get the wonderful, happy epidural!

Good luck! I hope you get your epidural and it works beautifully. Can't wait to see pictures of your cute baby girl.
