A declaration about Sophie

We are declaring as of this past week that Sophie is an official unsupported sitter! Huzzah huzzah! It has finally come! Let us celebrate with soda and pizza (which we did tonight, but only because we were hungry and lazy, not because Sophie can sit). We won't mention that she will not roll over in any shape or form or direction. Probably not because she can't (she's got very strong legs) but because she has no desire to. She "rolls wit it," and "takes her time," (did ya get the Oasis reference?) she is, after all, her father's daughter.In addition to pictures of her sitting up abilities, we are also posting pics of her other special ability, the supernatural power of lifting her legs and playing with her toes. This is the position she is in now probably half of her awake life. HI-LARIOUS.
